FIREWIND To Headline Spain's SENDEROS DEL ROCK Festival

After playing four successful shows this past March supporting ANGRA, FIREWIND will return to Spain as headliners at Zaragoza's Senderos del Rock Festival on November 3.

ESP recently caught up with FIREWIND guitarist/founder Gus G. to discuss his new signature model guitar, thoughts on gear and tone, his ambitions, and his love for BLACK SABBATH. Watch the video at this location.

FIREWIND recently announced that singer Apollo Papathanasio will take the next few months off and will be temporarily replaced by German vocalist Henning Basse (METALIUM).

FIREWIND's new single, "Breaking the Silence" (featuring Tara Teresa),entered the national single chart in Greece at position No. 19 and moved up to No. 16 in its second week. The video for the single's title cut was directed by Patric Ullaeus (IN FLAMES, DIMMU BORGIR, LACUNA COIL).

FIREWIND will soon embark on the third and final leg of its "World Allegiance" tour which will include their first-ever North American tour and a few shows in Japan with KAMELOT.
